It has been reported that the first memorial has been held for one of the 25 Chatsworth Metrolink victims, Howard Pompel age 69 from Moorpark was held on Wednesday.
The memorial was held at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center for the insurance agent and father of three, with more than one hundred friends, colleagues and family in attendance.
Pompel’s son Cliff stated that his father always gave of his time and was a member of approximately a dozen community organizations.
